摘要
简要介绍了电力市场的模式和阻塞产生的原因,分析了我国现阶段电力工业改革的现状后提出了以再调度形式来解决阻塞问题。将原-对偶内点法与最优潮流结合起来,以购电费用为优化目标函数,运用内点法满足电力系统的控制变量的约束和状态变量的约束,来解决阻塞问题。在介绍了最优潮流的发展后,介绍了原-对偶内点法最优潮流的一般性解法并推导了其矩阵形式的一般表达式。结合现阶段我国电力工业改革的具体情况确定了优化目标函数的具体表达形式。根据功率平衡确定了等式约束条件,结合阻塞管理的特点确定不等式约束条件。最后分析了这种方法的实用性和可行性。
The paper introduced two types of transaction models and the cause of congestion. After introduction of the development actuality of Chinese power system, redispatching is presented to solve congestion. Primal-Daul Interior Point is conbined with optimal power flow and fare of purchase power is the optimal objective function. Interior point is used to solve control variable restriction and state variable restriction in order to solve congestion. After introducing the development process of OPF the paper presented a congestion management based on primal-daul interior point OPF and summarized the expression of matrix. According to the situation of our country the P-DIPOPF is instanced. This algorithm model is expatiated and practicability and feasibility are analysed.
