摘要
基于整个社会效益的角度,本文建立了负荷预测不确定性下,以最小投资费用和失电成本为目标函数的配电变压器容量的优化规划模型和算法。文中考虑了不同额定容量变压器的配置对上级变电站规划成本的分摊,使得优化结果更加切合实际、科学。文中通过实际算例对变压器不同容量以及不同类型负荷情况进行仿真分析和比较。结果表明,文中模型能确定满足社会投资合理性和用户供电可靠性的最优方案,并且方便、科学、合理引导用户对配电变压器容量进行配置。
Abstract: From the view of social benefit, this paper sets up an optimization model and algorithm under the un- certainty of load forecasting to optimize the sizes of 10 kV distribution transformers, which takes the minimum investment costs and power outage cost as the objective function. This paper considers the apportionment of the configuration of different rated capacity transformers to the superior substation, which makes the results more practical and more scientific. Finally, this paper simulates and compares the situations of the different rated ca- pacities of transformer and the different load types, and the results indicate that the model can find the optimal scheme that justifies the customers" investment and meets the customers" power supply reliability, and can sci- entifically and reasonably guide customers to configure the distribution transformer capacity.
