关于社会管理思想,中共三代中央领导集体都有过大量的论述。党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央继承和发展三代中央领导集体的社会管理思想,并结合新世纪中国国情,对社会管理积极探索和创新,在社会管理理论和实践上都作出了新的贡献。这些新的贡献主要是:重视加强和创新社会管理的重要性和紧迫性,提出了一系列社会管理的新原则,阐明了社会管理的新任务,并对加强和创新社会管理的长效机制的建立进行了不懈探索。

Thinking about social management,the three generations of collective leadership of the CPC have a lot of exposition.Since the 16th CPC National Congress,the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao as the core has inherited and developed the ideas of social management of the three generations of collective leadership of the CPC,combineed the China＇s national conditions in the new century,explored and innovated actively social management,having made new contribution to the theory and practice of social management.This new contribution has mainly strengthened and innovated the importance and urgency of social management,put forward a series of new principles of social management,clarified the task of social management and explored relentlessly the establishment of a long-term mechanism to strengthen and innovate social management.
