摘要
目的探讨饮食干预对腹膜透析患者预后、减少并发症和提高生活质量的效果。方法选择2007年12月—2011年12月收治于上海中医药大学附属普陀医院的腹膜透析患者97例,随机分为观察组49例和对照组48例。观察组严格参照我院营养科制订的食谱,由护士指导患者,落实饮食干预;对照组按常规饮食。护士对两组患者进行跟踪随访,并观察营养状况指标情况。结果经过4年的跟踪随访,除9例患者因各种原因转血液透析外,其余患者仍继续维持腹膜透析,饮食干预后观察组患者肾功能状况与营养状态与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食干预能明显改善患者腹膜透析过程中的肾功能和营养状态,减少并发症,提高透析效果,达到更好的治疗目的,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of diet intervention on prognosis, complications and quality of life of patients on peritoneal dialysis. Methods A total of 97 patients on peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from December 2007 to December 201 I. The experimental group (49 ca- ses) was strictly guided by the nutrition formula, and the control group (48 cases) was given conventional diet. The patients were followed up and their nutrition indicators were observed. Results Four years later 88 patients maintained peritoneal dialysis and 9 patients developed hemodialysis. The nutrition indicators and renal functions in the experimental group improved significantly after the diet intervention (P 〈 0.05 ). There were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The diet intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients on peritoneal dialysis, reduce complications, and improve their life quality.
