摘要 目的:设计一套能快速、准确检测医用负压终端流量的装置,从而检测医院中心吸引系统内的堵塞或泄漏问题,以便及时排除故障。方法:根据"医用中心吸引系统通用技术条件"标准要求,每个吸引系统终端接头(不包括吸引器)制气速率在大气环境下应≥30L/min,在固定压强和固定时间内利用公式B=V/t计算流速。将测量值与标准值相比较而判断吸引系统正常与否。结果:该检测装置能快速判断出是医院中心吸引系统内部问题还是外接设备问题。结论:该装置成本低、体积小、使用方便,且缩短了维修时间,为医疗工作提供了稳定、有效的医学工程保障。 Objective:To design a rapid and accurate device for detection of medical negative pressure flow to detect the blockage or leakage in the hospital central absorbing system to timely remove the faults.Methods:According to the standard requirement,each terminal connector(not including the absorber) gasification rate in atmospheric environment should be under no less than 30 L/min,pressure and fixed in the fixed time,use formula B = V/T,calculation flow rate.Via comparing measured value with standard one,greater than the normal standard work means it is blocked,otherwise,it is leaked.Results:The device could quickly tell whether internal problems or external equipment caused the breakdwon.Conclusion:This device is not only low in cost,small in volume,and easy to use but also helps to shorten the maintenance time,providing stability to the medical work and effectively safeguarding medical engineering.
