Objective：To analyze the principles of the Beckman DXI800 chemiluminescence immunoassay device.Methods：The principles in sample analysis step,analysis module,a liquid path module,an air pressure system and other related module operation principle,structural composition were analyzed in detail.Meanwhile,the typical breakdowns were analyzed to summarize experience in its maintenance.Results：The device could be kept in normal condition to provide guarantee for clinical practice.Conclusion：In daily maintenance of the device,its principles should be grasped to ensure its normal operation through troubleshooting.
