摘要
目的:对美国贝克曼库尔特化学发光免疫分析仪的系统原理进行解析。方法:将样品分析步骤、分析模块、液路模块、空气压力系统等相关模块的运作原理、结构组成等逐个进行详尽的解析,并针对典型故障现象进行应用分析及总结。结果:通过不断总结经验并加以注意和改进,使仪器始终保持良好的运行状态,为临床提供有力的保障。结论:化学发光免疫分析仪在日常使用和维护过程中应掌握仪器各模块原理,并进行系统分析,才能有效排除仪器典型故障,确保分析仪正常运转。
Objective:To analyze the principles of the Beckman DXI800 chemiluminescence immunoassay device.Methods:The principles in sample analysis step,analysis module,a liquid path module,an air pressure system and other related module operation principle,structural composition were analyzed in detail.Meanwhile,the typical breakdowns were analyzed to summarize experience in its maintenance.Results:The device could be kept in normal condition to provide guarantee for clinical practice.Conclusion:In daily maintenance of the device,its principles should be grasped to ensure its normal operation through troubleshooting.
