浅谈高校实验室仪器设备的科学管理

On scientific management of laboratory equipment

目的:分析目前实验室仪器设备的管理现状,结合实际工作,提出合理化建议。方法:通过加强设备的购置论证、统筹规划、实验室管理人员的培训、仪器设备的定期维护、采用信息化管理系统等方法,提高仪器设备的使用率,保障设备的质量安全。结果:严格执行仪器设备规范化管理制度,加强人员学习,利用信息管理系统,有效地改善仪器设备的管理质量。结论:实验室仪器设备的管理水平直接影响着教学和科研的质量,加强仪器设备的科学管理,充分发挥其作用,才能提高教学质量和办学效益。

Objective：To analyze the present situation of the management of laboratory equipment and give some reasonable suggestions.Methods：We have strengthened the equipment purchase argumentation and overall planning,trained person of laboratory management,maintained equipment in time,and used the information management system.Trough these methods,we could raise the utilization rate of equipment and guarantee the quality and safety of it.Results：We must strict implement management system of equipment and strengthen personnel study.Through using the information management system,we can effectively improve the quality of management of equipment.Conclusion：The level of laboratory equipment management may directly influence the quality of teaching and scientific research.We can strengthen the scientific management and give full play to its function to improve the teaching quality and managerial benefit.
