双源64层螺旋CT在肺动脉成像中的扫描技术及应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨双源64层螺旋CT在肺动脉成像(CTPA)中的扫描技术。方法:对184例临床拟诊为肺动脉栓塞患者进行CTPA检查,采用团注实验法(bolustest)测试循环峰值时间,以峰值时间加1s作为肺动脉扫描的延迟时间,再对肺动脉进行成像扫描。结果:184例均成功完成CTPA扫描检查,肺动脉主干及其分支强化均匀,通过后处理技术均清晰显示肺动脉主干及其分支。结论:双源64层螺旋CT进行CTPA检查,选择恰当的延迟时间至关重要,而恰当的延迟时间又能使对比剂的用量减到最低。此方法简便快捷,达到延迟时间个体化,可作为CTPA的首选检查方法。 Objective:To explore the scanning technology of dual source 64 slice spiral CT Pulmonary angiography.Methods:184 cases suspected to suffer from pulmonary embolism were examined with dual source CT pulmonary angiography to test the cycle peak time with the bolus test.The second imaging scans were applied to pulmonary artery after the delayed time of one second more than the peak time.Results:The CTPA of 184 cases were completed successfully and the post-processing technologies clearly showed the pulmonary artery trunk and its branches with enhanced uniform.Conclusion:It is very important to choose the proper delay time in dual source 64 slice CT pulmonary angiography.This method is simple and fast to individualize the delay time,and can be used as the first choice for the CTPA.
