探讨静脉采血过程对凝血四项检测结果的影响

Influence of venous blood collection on results of four tests for coagulation

目的:探讨临床检验中静脉采血过程对凝血四项检测结果的影响。方法:筛选2009年6月至2010年6月我院手术前静脉采血患者和出血性疾病静脉采血患者,将278例问题病例进行了凝血四项检查,分析采血过程对凝血四项指标的影响。结果:278例样本中,血液凝固93例,小凝块144例,采血量少32例,溶血和脂血19例。结论:由于该试验对标本要求特殊,采集正确与否直接影响检验结果的准确性和可靠性,故探讨静脉采血对检验结果的影响和临床工作具有一定意义。在临床检验过程中,采血过程中的多个因素会影响到凝血四项的结果,检验人员要从抗凝剂的使用、采血时间等过程进行控制,避免失误,减少检验误差。

Objective：To investigate the influence of venous blood collection on results of four tests for coagulation.Methods：The four tests for coagulation were performed in 278 patients receiving venous blood collection from June 2009 to June 2010.The influence of venous blood collection on results of four tests for coagulation was investigated.Results：The data in the 278 cases showed that,there was blood coagulation 93 cases,small clot in 144,less blood in 32,lipid blood in 19.Conclusion：Because of the test specimens require special collecting correctness directly affects the accuracy and reliability of test results,so discussion on effect of venous blood on test results and clinical work has a certain significance.there were some factors on the blood coagulation four test.The nurses should abide by clinical guideline in the work and focus on anticoagulant agent and time of blood taking to avoid the error.
