摘要
采用钛合金板材单面加强修补技术,研究了飞机上常用7050-T7651铝合金壁板裂纹的损伤修补工艺,对修复方法进行了理论计算和有限元数值分析,并对修补件和未修补件进行了静强度拉伸试验。结果表明,用钛合金加强修补壁板裂纹损伤的效果明显优于传统的铝合金加强修补,可显著提高修补强度和表面质量。
By means of technology of Titanium alloy single-side strength repairing, aeroplane common 7050-T7651 aluminium alloy's wainscot crack repairing technics was researched. For this repairing method, the theorectic calculation and the finite cell numerical value analysis were conducted. Meanwhile, the repaired workpieces and the un-repaired ones were conducted tensile experiment. Results showed that titanium alloy strengthening repairing method is evidently better than the aluminium alloy method. And the repairing strength and surface quality were apparently increased.
