卧螺驱水机连续脱水工艺研究

摘要 为了掌握卧螺驱水机用于火药浆料连续驱水的最佳转速,本文以代料为原料,在不同转速的工艺条件下,对一定浓度的代料浆料进行脱水试验研究,并且分别提取废水样进行离心。试验结果表明,当驱水机转速为2 800/1 600r/min时,脱水药料含水量最低,废水澄清,固含量最少,脱水效果也最好。 In order to grasp the best rotational speed of horizontal screw dehydrator when it was applied to continuous dehydration of gun powder pulp, the paper used replaced materials instead of gun powder, which was dehydrated with the certain concentration on the condition of different rotational speed, and the groups of waste water were centrifuged. The trial results showed that when the rotational speed of dehydrator was 2 800/1 600 r/min, dehydrated materialsts moisture content was lowest, waste water was clear and the solid content was least, dewatering effects wee best.
