定西市第一中学学生心理健康状况调查

Survey of students' mental health in Dingxi First Middle School

目的通过了解定西一中学生的心理健康状况,探讨中学生心理健康教育的途径,为学校心理健康教育工作的全面开展提供理论依据。方法通过分层随机抽样调查,针对定西一中高中1 158份问卷进行统计分析。结果高中学生的心理问题不容乐观。居前6位的心理问题检出率依次为学习压力7.89%、情绪不平衡6.95%、适应不良6.75%、焦虑5.98%、强迫症状5.57%、人际关系紧张或敏感5.32%。男女生在强迫症状、敌对和情绪不稳3个因子的表现倾向比较一致,在偏执、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力、适应不良、心里不平衡7个因子不同程度上都存在不一样。结论高中学生的心理健康状况令人担忧,定西一中的心理健康教育工作的开展迫在眉睫。

Objective To understand the mental health status of students in the Dingxi First Middle School and explore students＇ mental health education way, so as to provide the theory basis for developing the psychological health education in the school. Methods A total of 1 158 students were selected by the stratified random sampling method and investigated with questionnaires, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The students＇ psychological problems were not optimistic. The main six problems were learning pressure with the detectable rate of 7.89 %, emotional imbalance with the rate of 6.95 %, maladaptive with the rate of 6.75 %, anxiety with the rate of 5.98 %, obsessive-compulsive symptoms with the rate of 5.57 %, and interpersonal tension or sensitive with the rate of 5.32 %. In the 3 factors of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, hostility and emotional instability, the boys and girls were consistent, but there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05） between them in the 7 factors of paranoia, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, learning stress, maladaptive, and emotional imbalance. Conclusions The students＇ mental health is worrying; therefore, developing psychological health education is urgent in the school.
