摘要
目的探讨家兔指浅屈肌肌构筑、肌内神经和运动终板分布的关系。方法肌构筑法、改良Sihler’s染色法、乙酰胆碱酯酶染色法。结果家兔指浅屈肌外观长肌,实为双羽肌。FL/CSA与CSA/MW的比值分别是1.80和0.70。肌内神经分为4条初级神经支,主要分支分布于肌的近端和中部;肌内可见神经吻合。运动终板带呈倒"V"型。结论家兔指浅屈肌构筑设计属于速度与力量共存型,其肌纤维排列决定了肌内神经分支和运动终板分布的形式。
Objective To explore the relationship among muscular architecture and distributions of intramuscular nerves and motor endplates of the flexor digitorum superficialis in rabbit.Methods Muscular architecture method,modified sihler's staining and acetylcholine-esterase staining were performed.Results Flexor digitorum superficialis was an outside long and inside pinnate muscle containing short muscle fibers in rabbit.The ratio of FL/CSA and CSA/MW were 1.80 and 0.70,respectively.Moreover,the intramuscular nerve trunk was divided into 4 primary branches which distributed mainly in the proximum and central region of the muscle.The intramuscular nerve anstomosis could be seen.Linear motor endplate bands formed "V-shaped" pattern.Conclusion The velocity and strength muscle architecture coexisted in the flexor digitorum superficialis of rabbit.Spatial arrangement of the muscle fibres determined the distribution pattern of intramuscular nerves and motor endplates.
