r-hFSH制备卵巢过度刺激综合征动物模型 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨用重组人促卵泡刺激素构建卵巢过度刺激综合征的大鼠模型。方法 20只未发育的雌性Wistar大鼠,随机分成重组人促卵泡刺激素组(实验组)和对照组。实验组从22~25日龄连续4d腹腔注射重组人促卵泡刺激素10IU,在第26日龄皮下注射绒毛膜促性腺激素30IU;对照组从第22~26日龄连续5d注射生理盐水0.1 ml,比较两组腹腔毛细血管通透性、腹水评分及卵巢重量。结果实验组腹水EB含量(4.324±0.372μg/ml)、双侧卵巢重量(389±23.30 g)、腹水评分(2.43±0.34)与对照组腹水EB含量(0.312±0.032μg/ml)、双侧卵巢重量(29.37±4.26g)、腹水评分(1.00±0.00)比较,实验组均显著高于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论重组人促卵泡刺激素可以用于适当日龄Wister大鼠构建OHSS动物模型。 Objective To study the construction of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)rat model by using recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone(r-hFSH).Methods Twenty immature female Wistar rats were randomly divided into the r-hFSH group(the experimental group) and the control group.Each rat in the experimental group was applied r-hFSH(10 IU) by daily intraperitoneal injection from the 22nd to25th day of life,and human chorionic gonadotropin(30 IU) by subcutaneous injection on the 26th day of life.Rats in the control group wereadministered saline(0.1 ml) from the 22nd to26th day of lives.The celiac capillary permeability,ascites and ovarian weight were detected.Results The peritoneal Evens blue(EB) content,ovary weight and ascetic fluid score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.001).Conclusion r-hFSH could be used to establish the OHSS animal model with the appropriate day-old Wister rats.
