摘要
目的观察肾炎康颗粒(SYK)对小鼠有无急性毒性反应。方法 SPF级昆明种小鼠40只(雌雄各半)随机分为SKY给药组和生理盐水对照组,SKY组以20g/kg灌胃,观察其一般状况,并记录小鼠体重和摄食量变化,14d后处死尸检,观察其心、肝、脾、肺、肾等脏器有无异常并进行病理学检查。结果 SYK组无1例小鼠死亡,与生理盐水对照组比较,SYK组的体重变化和摄食量无显著差异,行为活动、脏器大体观和病理检查均未见异常。结论 SKY未见明显急性毒性反应,其耐受量是人用量的900倍。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity of Shenyankang granule(SYK) in mice.Methods The SPF grade Kunming mice were randomly divided into SYK-treatment group and the saline control group.SYK-treatment group was administered intragastrically with 20 g/kg SYK.The general condition,body weight and feed intake of mice were measured dynamically.Fourteen days later,all animals were sacrificed and autopsied.The murine organs such as heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were collected to do the pathological examination.Results All animals survived in SYK-treatment group.There was no significant difference of body weight,feed intake,behavior,general and pathological examination between the saline control and SYK-treatment groups.Conclusion No significant murine acute toxicity was seen after 20 g/kg SYK treatment.The tolerance in mice is 900 times higher than that in human.
