摘要
研究了特种聚合物的基本性能,并与铸铁材料进行了比较;对精密磨床床身的设计准则进行了探讨,得出了影响床身动刚度的要素。利用Pro/e软件建立磨床床身的模型,用AN-SYS软件对使用不同材料的床身分别进行了模态分析。结果表明:在同等构造和体积下,铸铁床身的动态性能稍好。对床身进行了优化改造和分析,得出使用特种聚合物材料在4倍壁厚状态下床身动态性能最好的结论。
This research studied the basic properties of artificial granite composite,and compared with the basic properties of cast iron materials;precision grinder bed design criteria were discussed,and several elements affecting the dynamic stiffness of the bed were obtained.Pro/e software was used to establish precision grinder bed model,and ANSYS software was used to carry out modal analysis of different bed materials.The results show that with the same structure and size,the dynamic performance of cast iron bed is slightly better;the bed was optimized and analyzed.We found that the best dynamic performance of the bed was achieved by the use of artificial granite composite with four times thickness.
