摘要
为实现城市交通网络中针对突发事件的快速出警与处理,利用Dijkstra算法和指派问题给出了警务平台的设置与调度模型。通过对某市市区有关数据统计结果进行主成分分析,提出了该市区现有平台设置的不合理之处和改进方案,在A城区出现刑事案件后,考虑分区出警和警力联动,可给出调度全市警力的2种最佳封堵方案。以上模型能达到警务平台的科学设置和高效调度。
In order to realize rapid response to and settlement of emergencies in urban traffic network,this essay offers a model for the installation and dispatch of police force platforms using Dijkstra Algorithm and assigned problems.Through PCA of statistics of the urban area,this essay points out the unreasonable aspects of and improvement scheme for the existing installation of urban platforms;after a criminal case happens in urban area A,in view of partitioned response and linkage of police force,two optimal options for dispatch of the police force of the entire city are provided.The above model is able to realize the scientific installation and efficient dispatch of police force platforms.
