儿童哮喘和幽门螺杆菌感染相关性分析研究

Research on the Correlation of Asthma in Children and Helicobacter Pylori

目的通过检测哮喘儿童与健康对照儿童幽门螺杆菌(Hp)14C呼气试验阳性率及白介素(IL-1β)水平,探讨Hp感染对儿童哮喘的影响及机制,为预防和治疗儿童哮喘提供理论依据。方法收集儿科门诊或住院的151例哮喘儿童及经过筛查符合要求的75例健康儿童,采用Hp测试仪测定Hp感染阳性率,采用ELISA法测定血清IL-1β浓度。结果哮喘儿童Hp菌株感染阳性率高于健康对照儿童(χ2=4.60,P=0.043)。不同分期的哮喘儿童Hp菌株感染阳性率比较,哮喘发作期儿童Hp感染阳性率明显高于缓解期儿童(χ2=35.13,P<0.001)。哮喘儿童血清IL-1β浓度高于健康对照儿童(t=13.22,P<0.001),且哮喘发作期儿童血清IL-1β浓度高于哮喘缓解期儿童(t=4.984,P=0.008)。结论哮喘儿童与Hp菌株感染相关,Hp菌株感染与哮喘的发病严重程度呈正比关系。此外,血清IL-1β可以作为监控哮喘病情的血清标志物,从而为更好的预防和治疗儿童哮喘提供理论依据。

Objective To investigate the influence of helicobacter pylori infection and serum IL-1β levels for asthma in children to get better prevention and treatment.Methods 151 cases of children with astgna and 75 cases of healthy children were included in our study from pediatric outpatient department and inpatient department in our hospital.The infection of helicobacter pylori was detected by machine,and the levels of serum IL-1β were also determined by ELISA for both asthma and healthy children.Result The positive screening number in children with asthma was more than the healthy children（χ2=4.60,P=0.043）.The Hp positive rate of children with asthma in acute onset stage was more than in remission stage（χ2=35.13,P0.001）.The asthma children had a higher serum IL-1β levels compared with the healthy children（t=13.22,P0.001） and the levels of serum IL-1β in children with asthma in acute onset stage were higher than in remission stage（t=4.984,P=0.008）.Conclusion There is a relationship between asthma disease and Hp infection in children.And the Hp infection associats with the acute onset asthma stage.In addition,IL-1β may be used as a monitor marker for asthma.Our study provids a suggestion for better prevention and treatment for asthma children.
