台湾问题与解决对策——论邓小平的涉台思想

The Taiwan Question and Resolutions——On Deng Xiaoping's ideas about Taiwan

邓小平的涉台思想内容丰富且自成体系,学术界对邓小平涉台思想仅作"一国两制"理解是片面的。从体系方面看,邓小平的涉台思想包括两个密切相关的问题:台湾问题和台湾问题的解决对策。在邓小平看来,台湾问题是美国霸占和控制的结果,台湾问题是中国的统一问题,是一个主权问题,是中国内政;台湾问题是中美关系的焦点;台湾问题比较复杂。无论从民族角度,还是从领土归属方面看,台湾应当同大陆统一。按照"一国两制"方针解决台湾问题,是可行的。要解决台湾问题,必须进行思想舆论斗争;展开外交斗争;寻求政治解决途径;开展两岸经济交往合作;建立爱国统一战线,推动祖国统一进程。

Based on a systematic generalization of Deng Xiaoping＇s Taiwan -related conversations, this paper argues that Deng Xiaoping＇s Taiwan -related ideology is rich and self- contained, and the academic understanding of his ideology which is only ＂one country, two systems＂ is one -sided. From the system, Deng Xiaoping＇s Taiwanrelated ideology includes two closely related issues：Taiwan Question and its resolutions. According to him,Taiwan question was the results of the American control and occupation. It is an issue concerning China＇s reunification and sovereignty. It is China＇s domestic affair and the focus of the Sino - US relations. It is very comlex. Both from the view of the nation and the ownership of the territory, Taiwan should be reunified with the mainland. According to the principle of ＂one country, two systems＂ , the settlement of the Taiwan question is feasible. In order to resolve the question, we must conduct ideological and diplomatic struggle, seek for a political solution, carry out the cross - strait economic exchanges, and establish patriotic united front to promote the process of reunification.
