The Study of Female Talents is a work which studies the development and self-fulfillment of women. This article reviews the connotation of women＇s development and self-fulfillment discussed in the book, and expounds,in that regard, the significance of the rules about the time and self-confidednce that are exposed in the book improving the benefits of women＇s developmtnt,clarifying the practical ways to the success of female talents and establishing the conception of life-long learning and a supporting system at different levels.
