On the Innovation of Interactive Mechanism for the Improvement of League Building by Way of Party Building in Colleges and Universities in the New Period

党建带团建,根本在建,关键在带。在"强组织、增活力,创先争优迎十八大"基层组织建设年的时代背景下,高校要积极构建党建带团建的联动机制,重实际、出实招,求实效,不断探索引领青年健康成长、促进青年发展成才的新载体,积极深化党团组织在青年培养中的核心作用。

For the principle of the improvement of League building by way of Party building,its basis lies in ＂building＂, and its key in ＂improvement＂. Under the epochal background,in the constructive year of ＂strengthening the function of organizations, vitalizing their vigour, and striving hard to be a fine example in order to welcome the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China＂ among gross-roots organizations, colleges and universities should take an active role in establishing an interactive mechanism for the implementation of the principle, attaching importance to reality, adopting practical methods and seeking actual effects. They should also explore the new carriers in providing sensible guidance for the healthy growth of the young people, and promote the key role of the Party and League organizations in their development.
