摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群与性别、年龄及临床分期的关系。方法四色免疫荧光标记流式细胞仪分析。结果 (1)肺癌组与正常对照组比较CD3+、CD3+CD4+及CD3-CD16+CD56+细胞百分数明显下降,而CD3+CD8+和CD3+CD16+CD56+细胞无显著变化;(2)女性CD3+CD4+细胞明显多于男性,而CD3-CD16+CD56+细胞明显少于男性;(3)51-60岁年龄段患者CD3+CD4+细胞百分数明显低于≦50岁和≥61岁年龄段患者的CD3+CD4+细胞百分数,而CD3+CD8+细胞百分数明显高于≦50岁和≥61岁年龄段患者的CD3+CD8+细胞百分数;50岁年龄段患者CD3+CD16+CD56+细胞百分数明显少于51-60岁和≥61岁年龄段患者的CD3+CD16+CD56+细胞百分数;(4)随着临床分期愈晚免疫指标变化愈明显,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期之间差异不明显。结论肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群多项指标发生明显改变,且与性别、年龄及临床分期关系密切。 Objective To probe the relationship between the lymphocyte subsets and gender,age and the clinical stages of patients with Lung cancer Methods The phenotypes of peripheral blood lymphocytes were determined by means of four-colour immunofluoresence labeled and flow cytometry.Results 1.The percentages of CD3+ 、 CD3+CD4+及CD3-CD16+CD56+ cells in the group of Lung cancer were much lower than those in the group of normal,but CD3+CD8+及CD3+CD16+CD56+ cells had not differences between the two groups.2.The percentages of CD3+CD4+ cells in the group of female patient were much more than those in the group of male patient but CD3-CD16+CD56+ cells were opposite.3.The percentages of CD3+CD4+ cells in the group of the patient who were 51-60 years old were lower than those in the group of the patient who were ≦50 years old and ≥61 years old,but CD3+CD8+ cells were opposite.The percentages of CD3+CD16+CD56+ cells in the group of the patient who were ≦50 years old were lower than those in the group of the patient who were 51-60 and ≥61 years old.4.immune index changes were more visible as the clinical stage were more seriously.Conclusion peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of patients with Lung cancer were significantly changed,it was closely related with gender,age and the clinical stages of patients with Lung cancer.
