围术期体温干预对异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉苏醒期的影响 被引量：6

摘要 围手术期低体温是麻醉和外科手术较为常见的并发症之一。本实验通过观察保温措施干预情况下,丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉患者术中体温变化情况,及术后麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间及寒颤发生情况,探讨围术期体温变化及其对麻醉恢复期的影响。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取我院择期全麻手术患者60例,男32例,女28例,年龄31-79岁,体重44-77kg,ASA分级Ⅱ级。其中开腹手术39例,开胸手术14例,
