摘要
结合图书馆读者工作的基本内涵,在图书馆原有自动化管理系统及电子资源利用基础上,进行新信息系统分析,根据企业CRM(客户关系管理)系统利用UML(统一建模语言)建立从馆藏利用、读者信息收集,到数据建模与分析,最后到效果决策的图书馆CRM系统,从而实现长效地以读者为中心的机制。
According to the basic connotation of library reader work,based on the original library automation management system and electronic resource utilization,according to the CRM(Customer Relationship Management)system using UML(Unified Modeling Language),the new system analysis was established from the collection utilization,readers' information obtain to data modeling and analysis,finally to the effect of decision support system,so as to realize the lasting effect to the readers as the center mechanism.
