摘要 本文对项目型组织的特点和知识风险的类型进行了分析,并针对项目型组织人员流动率高,知识管理困难,知识流失严重的特点,设计出项目型组织知识风险管理模型,将其划分成知识风险管理规划、知识风险识别、知识风险定性分析、知识风险定量分析、制定和实施知识保护计划和知识风险管理监控六大部分,为项目型组织知识风险管理提供借鉴。 This paper elaborated the characteristics of projects-based organization and the types of knowledge risk.For the high turnover of project-based organization,knowledge management difficulties and serious problems of knowledge loss,it proposed a knowledge risk management model of projects-based organization which contained knowledge risk management planning,knowledge risk identification,qualitative assessment of knowledge risk,quantitative assessment of knowledge risk,designing and accomplishing the knowledge preservation plans and monitoring and controlling knowledge risk management.The model will provide inspiration for knowledge risk management of projects-based organization.
