摘要
利用复合波片的基本原理,设计了测量波片相位延迟的方法——基准复合法.该方法所需器件仅为1对偏光棱镜和1个λ/4波片,就可对具有任意延迟的波片进行测量.
Based on the basic principle of composite wave plate, the phase delay was measured by the benchmark composite method. The method required only one pair of polarizing prisms and a quar- ter-wave plate, and could measure plates with any phase delay.
