内脂素基因单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨内脂素基因rs13237989单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病的关系。方法分别测定2型糖尿病组(T2DM组)120例及正常对照组(CON组)150例空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和内脂素,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数;同时采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)技术对T2DM组和CON组进行内脂素rs13237989位点基因型的检测,根据结果进行综合分析。结果 T2DM组和CON组内脂素rs13237989位点的基因型分布分别为:CC 30.8%、TC 50.8%、TT 18.3%和CC 38%、TC 46.7%、TT 15.3%;内脂素基因rs13237989位点的基因型分布和等位基因频率在T2DM组和CON组间差异无统计学意义(2值分别为1.582和1.225,P>0.05)。在T2DM组中,TT型患者三酰甘油水平较CC、TC型患者高(P<0.05),TT型患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较CC、TC型患者低(P<0.05)。结论内脂素基因rs13237989位点多态性与T2DM不相关,但可能对脂代谢有一定影响。
