基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物与肿瘤的相关性
摘要
恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年上升，严重威胁人类健康。侵袭转移和无限生长是恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因，肿瘤细胞外基质（extracelluarmatrix，ECM）的降解与新生血管的形成是恶性肿瘤发生发展的前提。
