天花粉蛋白(TCS)诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及其抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 天花粉蛋白(trichosanthin,TCS)是一种植物蛋白,具有多种药理学活性。近年来类于TCS抗肿瘤的研究有较多进展,但就其抗肿瘤机制尚未达成共识。一种观点认为,TCS可以诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡;另一种观点认为,TCS可以作为核糖体活性抑制蛋白(ribosome inactivating protein,RIP)不可逆地抑制蛋白质合成,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。本文就TCS的抗肿瘤机制加以综述。 Trichosanthin (TCS), a plant protein, has multiple pharmacological properties. In recent years, there is much advance on the research of its anti-tumor activity, however, the agreement on TCS- induced anti-tumor mechanism has not been widely achieved. Some people believe that TCS exerts antitumor activities by inducing apoptosis, others treat TCS as a ribsome inactivating protein (RIP), which inreversiblly inactivates the production of protein. In this review, we talk about the anti-tumor mechanism of TCS.
