体细胞重编程的革新之路
摘要
2012年10月8日瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学院宣布.将诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予英国发育生物学家格登(JohnGurdon)和日本医学教授山中伸弥(ShinyaYa—manaka).以表彰他们在体细胞重编程领域做出的革命性贡献。他们分别以不同途径发现“成熟、特化的细胞能够被重编程为可发育成身体各组织的非成熟细胞”.革新了人们对细胞和生命发育的理解。
