摘要
介绍了一种经济型成分设计的屈服强度420 MPa级调质特厚钢板的研制过程,通过实验室淬火+回火热处理工艺研究,在生产中进行验证,并在实践中不断优化和改进,实现了钢板良好的强韧性匹配。
It is introduced the developing process of super thick quenched and tempered steel plate with eco- nomic composition design and yield strength of 420 MPa level. With studying the heat treatment process of quenching plus tempering in laboratory, checking in production and continuous optimizing and improving in practice, the plate realizes an excellent coordination of intensity and toughness.
