摘要
对舞钢1#连铸机终浇时尾炉产生的铸坯表面质量问题以及尾炉铸坯缩孔进行了较为细致的分析,通过对拉速控制、优化二冷水以及封顶操作的改进,显著降低了尾炉铸坯裂纹量和及缩孔量。
It is analyzed in detail the problem of surface quality and shrinkage cavity of casting billet in the last heat of end casting in 1# caster. With improvement in casting speed control, optimization of secondary cooling water and closeup operation, the cracks on the surface of billet and shrinkage cavities are reduced greatly.
