摘要
试验了舞钢公司3种断面的板坯料分别采用传统火焰、改进传统火焰和改进传统火焰+碳弧气刨3种清理方式,对比分析了板坯表面缺陷的数量、清理表面缺陷花费的时间和费用。研究表明,通过降低走枪角度和形式,同时运用碳弧气刨技术,可以减少钢板表面缺陷,提高板坯质量,降低生产成本。
It is introduced three slab -clean methods separately used for three kinds of slab material with different sections: classical flame, improved classical flame and improved classical flame plus carbon arc gou- ging, compared and analyzed the numbers of slab surface defects, time and cost to use for cleaning these de- fects. It is showed from research that with lowering the cleaning angle and type, and using carbon arc gouging, the defects on the surface of slab can be reduced, the quality improved, cost reduced.
