摘要 介绍了舞钢4100四辊精轧机液压弯辊控制系统的原理,针对生产中弯辊液压系统的液压冲击故障,详细分析了故障产生的原因及机理,重新调整蓄能器的压力、更换控制盖板内的调速阀和减压阀插件后,解决了由液压冲击造成的系统不稳定问题。 It is introduced the principle of hydraulic bending roll control system in 4100 four - high finishing mill. To the hydraulic impact breakdown of this system in production, it is analyzed in detail the reason and mechanism. With adjusting again the pressure of accumulator and exchanging the plug - in units of speed control valve and pressure reducing valve in control cover, the problem of system being not steady is solved.
