摘要
分析了电渣重熔钢板探伤不合格的机理,对缺陷部位进行取样分析,通过低倍检查和微观分析,指出缺陷产生的原因,提出相应的改进措置,同时提高和优化超声波探伤检查方法,保证电渣重熔钢内部探伤质量合格。
The mechanism is analyzed for the defects in the ultrasonic flaw detection of electroslag remelting steel plate, the defective part sampled and analyzed. With macro - structure inspection and micro - analysis, it is pointed out the reason for the defects, proposed the corresponding improving measures. And at the same time the ultrasonic flow detection is improved and optimized and at last the steel plate quality is guaranteed.
