摘要
通过对低水胶比下掺入粉煤灰的水泥砂浆性能的试验,研究低水胶比下不同掺量粉煤灰对水泥砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:在低水胶比的情况下,不同粉煤灰掺量的水泥砂浆达到相同流动度时所用外加剂的掺量随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而减少,粉煤灰对水泥砂浆不同龄期的抗压强度影响不同,水化反应初期,不同粉煤灰掺量的水泥砂浆的抗压强度均低于基准水泥砂浆,并且抗压强度值随着粉煤灰掺量增加而降低,不同粉煤灰掺量对水泥砂浆的抗折强度与抗压强度的增长幅度影响不同,在工程实践中,应该适当选取粉煤灰掺量以使建筑结构的抗折与抗压强度均有较大幅度增长。
Purpose research on properties of cement mortar with different quantity of fly ash under low water-cement ratio.The conclusion as the fluidity of test samples same, the content of admixture of cement mortar decreased with the quantity of fly ash increasing under low water-cement ratio, the affect of fly ash to cement mortar under the different age, in the early days of hydration reaction, the compressive strength of cement mor- tar with different quantities of fly ash was lower than standard cement mortar, and the compressive strength decrease with the quantity of fly ash increasing, the effect of different quantity of fly ash on cement mortar was different, in engineering, the properly quantity of fly ash should be selected to improve the compressive strength and flexural strength ofbuilding structure.
