Research on the Low-carbon Technologies and Transformation of Shanxi's High-carbon Industries

摘要 在全球低碳革命潮流的引领下,山西高碳产业低碳转型面临着能源结构先天高碳性、产业结构重型化、主导产业集中度过高的困难与障碍。面临碳强度和能源强度的双重约束,山西必须大力发展以煤炭清洁利用、节能减排和可再生能源为核心的低碳技术,实现高碳产业低碳转型。为此,要通过组织协调、资金投入、人才引进等途径提高低碳技术创新能力,支撑低碳转型。 In the global low - carbon revolution, the low - carbon transformation of Shanxi meets with many obsta- cles, for example, the energy structure of high carbon, heavy industrial structure and the resource dominant industry. In the dual constraints of carbon intensity and energy intensity, Shanxi must develop low -carbon technologies, in- cluding the use of clean coal technology, energy saving and emission reduction technology and renewable energy technology, for the realization of transformation. For this purpose, Shanxi should improve the ability of technological innovation through a variety of ways.
