灾难性抗磷脂抗体综合征
摘要
抗磷脂抗体综合征（APS）是指持续性抗磷脂抗体阳性患者出现血管内血栓形成和（或）病态妊娠等一组临床综合征，可单独或与其他免疫性疾病同时出现。1992年，Asherson等首先对灾难性APs（CAPs）进行描述，其特点为多发小血管血栓形成，短期内进展为多器官功能障碍综合征，坏死组织释放炎性因子引起系统性炎性反应综合征。CAPS起病隐匿，进展迅速，病死率高，临床上需高度重视。
