The Main Literatures about Tea Culture in Ming Dynasty

摘要 明代茶文化发展较快,茶学著作纷涌而出。《茶谱》是首当其选的优秀代表,它推崇饮茶新法,倡导叶茶冲泡。《茶疏》作为明代最具代表的茶著之一,论述涉及茶文化的各个方面,真知灼见俯拾皆是,堪称是一部综合性的茶史著作。《阳羡茗壶系》是较早的茶具专著,专记阳羡茗壶制作及名家并论及泥品和品茗用壶之宜。此外,《长物志》、《金瓶梅》则从文人雅士和市井百姓生活两方面反映了明代茶文化的点点滴滴。 Tea Culture developed very well in Ming Dynasty,and many books are wrote to reflect it.The first important is Chapu,which calls for new way to drink tea.Chashu is another important book,it almost covers all of the Tea Culture.Yangxianminghuxi is the earliest book that wrote for tea set.From the book we can learn the teapot and the people who made the teapot,it also tells us how to use the teapot well.In addition,Changwuzhi and Jinpingmei reflect the other parts of the Tea Culture from the common days.
