摘要 模块化设计是缩短产品设计周期、快速响应市场需求、实现大批量定制和敏捷制造的重要设计方法。由于机械产品功能结构的多样性和复杂性,实施模块化设计过程中的诸多问题依然没有通用的、完善的解决方法。文中以斗式提升机产品模块化设计为例,探讨了大型复杂机械产品模块化设计中的两个关键问题,即模块划分和模块检索方法问题。首先,针对大型复杂机械产品的结构特点,提出了基于用户量化参数与产品零部件关联度的模块划分方法,之后,针对复杂客户需求下模块检索问题,提出了以区间距为度量方式的模块检索方法,解决了模块具有多种属性且属性值为区间值时的定量检索问题;并在此基础上实现了斗式提升机模块化产品的成本预算,最后,给出了斗式提升机模块化设计原型系统总体结构和工作流程,验证了模块划分和检索方法的可行性。 Modular design is an important method, which can not only shorten the design cycle, but also meet the market rapidly, realize mass customization and agile manufacturing. As the mechan-ical products differ in diversity and complexity, many problems ex- ist in realizing modular design and it is hard to find a common or a universal method to solve the problems. In this paper, bucket ele- vators are investigated as an example, and two key technologies are discussed, that is, modular partition and modular retrieval. First, as the structure characteristics of large and complex products, a new modular segmentation method is presented based on the rele- vancy between quantitative customer needs and machine parts and extension theory, then, the interval distance is used for realizing modular retrieval for complex with multiple attributions and its attri- bution value field based on the above theory, the cost is estimated. Also the frameworks and workflow of the prototype design system are presented and are proved to be feasible.
