摘要
灵敏轴承的摩擦力矩是稳定轴上干扰力矩的主要来源,其大小和波动性直接影响到系统工作的稳定性和可靠性。根据灵敏轴承的实际工作情况,在所建立的灵敏轴承物理仿真模型的基础上,采用动力学分析软件ADAMS进行仿真分析,基于赫兹接触理论计算结果设置基本的接触参数,对比研究了不同球数灵敏轴承和不同轴向载荷下灵敏轴承的摩擦力矩性能。
The friction torque of sensitive bearings is the main source of interference moment in stable axis, and its value and fluc- tuation properties directly affect the stability and reliability of sys- tem work. According to the actual working conditions, based on physical simulation model of established sensitive bearings, the simulation analysis has been carried out by applying the dynamic a- nalysis software ADAMS. The basic contact parameters have been set based on the calculated result by using the Hertz contact theory. The comparative analysis on friction torque performance of sensitive bearings with different number of balls and under different axial load has been carried out.
