摘要
针对多工序加工系统中数控夹具设计应用问题,应用图论原理,通过工件特征公差关系图(FTG)和基准加工特征关系图(DMG)的方法,提出特征面关联法,建立多工序加工系统的"基准-加工-机床"的关系模型。采用特征面单位方向法矢量判别方法,基于数控机床制造能力确定工件的装夹能力,为多工位旋转夹具或多件装夹夹具设计提供合理方案。以汽车制动泵体件为例,分析工件装夹规划方案,研制出企业实用的多件装夹夹具装置。
Targeted at application question of NC fixture de- sign in multi-stage machining system, by using graph theory with FTG (Feature Tolerance relationship Graph) and DMG (Datum and Machining feature relationship Graph), feature facet relation- ship is proposed to setup relationship model of DMMT ( Datum and Machining and Machine Tools) in multi-stage machining system. By using the distinguish method of unit normal vector with feature facet to provide a reasonable proposal for multi-position rotation fix- ture or multi-piece fixture design, which based on fixture capability of NC machine tools manufacturing capability. Through analysis of fixture planning of car's brake pump body for example, and devel- opment practical multi-piece fixture in corporation.
