摘要
研究开发一种高效节能液控振动挖掘机及振动式铲斗,利用其结构设计和液压油路控制,实现高效节能液控振动挖掘机的振动挖掘方式,将传统的静态挖掘力变革为动态瞬间大的冲击挖掘力。目的是解决耗能大户挖掘机在硬地面、矿山碎石地面、山石地震等复杂地面施工中出现的低效率、高耗能问题。
The high efficiency and energy saving hydraulic controlled vibration excavator and vibration type bucket was re- searched and developed, the structure design and hydraulic oil con- trol used, efficient energy saving hydraulic controlled the vibration of mining vibration excavator way was realized, the traditional static excavating force was changed to dynamic mining with moment im- pact of the big dig force. The purpose is to solve large energy con- sumption in the hard ground surface, mine excavator gravel ground, rocks such complex earthquake ground construction appears in the low efficiency and production problems.
