纳米二氧化钛在大鼠体内的组织分布

摘要 目的探讨大鼠经口重复给予纳米二氧化钛后的组织分布。方法以1g/kg剂量反复经口灌胃纳米二氧化钛,连续给予13周,实验终末,采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP—MS)法检测其在大鼠体内的组织分布。结果纳米二氧化钛在肠、肝脏、脾脏、脑、肾脏和血液中均有不同程度的分布,而微米二氧化钛对照组未见有升高的趋势,与空白对照组分布接近。结论纳米二氧化钛具有较高的组织亲和力,肠、肝脏和脾脏可能是其主要蓄积作用的靶器官。 Objective To explore the tissue distribution ot nano-TiO2 by oral exposure in rats. lviemoas i ne rats were tremen by oral nose oi nano-Tin2 at 1 g/kg body weight for 13 weeks. Tissue distribution of nauo-TiO2 in rats was measured by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results nano-TiO2 was detected in intestine, liver, spleen, brain, kindey and blood, however, tendency of elevating was not been founded at the group of micro-Tin2, results of the group of micro-Tin2 were close to that of control group. Conclusion nano-TiO2 has good biocompatibility with the tissues. The intestine, liver and spleen are the main target organs for nano-TiO2.
