拉萨市某小学学生学习疲劳状况及影响因素调查

摘要 目的通过了解拉萨市某小学学生学习疲劳状况及其影响因素,试图为改善小学生学习疲劳的状况,从而增强小学生身心健康,提高学生学习效率提供依据。方法抽取拉萨市某小学五、六年级各一个班级全体学生进行问卷调查并用剂量作业试验测试脑力工作能力。结果被调查小学生的学习疲劳率为89%,没有一人的作息制度完全符合学校卫生标准;学生中偏食与不能坚持吃早餐的所占比例分别为29.0%和7.0%;学生学习时大多具有良好的情绪和浓厚的学习兴趣。结论本次调查小学生学习疲劳率高,学生作息制度不规范可能是造成学习疲劳的原因之一。 Objective Through investigate the status of study fatigue and influence factors in students of one primary school in Lhasa, to provide the clues to ameliorate the status of study fatigue, enhance the health status and improve the learning efficiency of primary school students. Methods Students of one class from each five and six grade were recruited. Questionnaires survey was conducted and dosage schoolwork was employed to measure the intellectual working ability. Results The prevalence rate of students occurring study fatigue was 89.0%.No student?s daily regime met school health standards. Students with partial eclipse and without eating breakfast some times were respectively 29.0% and 7.0%. Most students had favorable mood when they study and were interested in learning. Conclusion The prevalence rate of primary school students occurring study fatigue were high and the partial reason of it might be substandard daily regime.
