胃癌弱差异基因表达谱中DDEF2基因的表达和生物学作用

摘要 目的明确胃癌差异基因表达谱中弱差异表达基因的敏感性并探讨弱差异表达基因DDEF2在胃癌发生发展中的生物学作用和意义。方法利用半定量RT/PCR方法检测DDEF2基因在胃癌细胞系及组织表达水平,并利用GoMiner功能注释软件研究DDEF2的生物学功能。结果DDEF2基因在7株胃癌细胞系中表达差异与分化程度呈一定相关性;胃癌组织中较癌旁组织表达微弱下降(16/20,80%);功能注释显示DDEF2参与整联蛋白介导的信号途径、GTP酶活性调节等重要生物学途径。结论胃癌差异基因表达谱中弱差异表达基因具有高度灵敏性:弱差异表达基因DDEF2的表达异常可能在胃癌的发生发展中具有重要的生物学作用。
