在高血压患者的治疗中应重视24h动态血压监测

In Treated Hypertensive Patients Should Pay Attention to 24hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

目的通过观察经治疗并且诊室及自测血压基本控制正常的高血压患者24h动态血压心电监测的各项指标，以了解诊室及自测血压能否作为高血压患者血压控制迭标的手段。方法对我院近3a来经治疗并且诊室及自测血压基本控制正常的170例高血压患者进行24h动态血压心电监测。结果170例患者中各项指标完全控制正常的29例，占17．05％：24h平均血压控制正常，但血压负荷、昼夜节律异常的81人，占47．64％；24h平均血压未控制到正常，血压负荷升高，节律异常的60人，占35．29％。结论在高血压患者的治疗中不应仅以诊室及自测血压作为高血压患者血压控制达标的手段．应重视24h态血压心电监测。

Objective The purpose of this research is to study the patients, who have obtained normal high blood pressure via clinic and home monitoring, by putting them under a 24-hour, ongoing cardiovascular and blood pressure observation. The goal is to exam if the clinic and home monitoring can be utilized as an effective method to manage blood pressure. Method This study tracked 170 patients with high blood pressure for three years. Those patients had obtained the control of hypertension through medical treatment at my hospital as well as clinic and home monitoring. The patients were put under 24-hour ongoing cardiovascular and blood pressure examination during the study. Result 29 of the patients, or 17.05% of total participants, achieved complete normal blood pressure. 81 patients, or 47.64% of the participants, obtained normal blood pressure, but their blood pressure fluctuated between day and night. 60 patients, or 35.29 of the participants, could not obtain normal blood pressure, resulting in high blood pressure readings and fluctuation of blood pressure. Conclusion Clinic and self-monitoring alone is not sufficient at managing high blood pressure patients. It is imperative to have 24-hour ongoing cardiovascular and blood pressure monitoring.
