门诊消毒隔离工作管理不善，势必造成院内交叉感染，加重患者病情，增加患者痛苦和经济负担。为此，增强医务人员的责任心，认真做好消毒、灭菌、隔离工作是预防和控制门诊医院感染的关键。由于精神患者的特殊性，一些长期服药的患者体质较差，容易引起感染，我院门诊通过一系列措施和管理方法．加强了门诊医院感染方面的管理。最大限度地控制了门诊部的医源性感染，保障了工作人员和门诊患者的安全。

The poor management of clinic disinfection and isolation will resuh in cross infection in the hospital, aggravate patients＇ condition and increase suffering and economic burden. So, enhancing the sense of responsibility of staff and doing a good job of disinfection, sterilization and isolation is the key of prevention and control the infection. As the special nature of mental patients, some patients who with long-term medication has poor physical fitness, causing infection easily. Our clinic took on a series of measures to strengthen the management. Finally maximum of controlling the infection and protecting the safety of staff and natients.
