C臂机引导下经皮螺钉内固定治疗骶髂关节脱位15例

摘要 不稳定骨盆骨折中常伴有后环损伤，以骶髂关节脱位最为常见，多见于车祸、高处坠落伤等。2008年1月-2009年12月我们对15例骶髂关节脱位患者采用股骨髁上牵引复位经皮螺钉内固定治疗，手术创伤小，方法简单易行。疗效满意。现报告如下。
