地佐辛复合罗哌卡因用于腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 地佐辛是一种新型的阿片受体激动拮抗剂,其静脉镇痛强度与吗啡相当,且不良反应较少,呼吸抑制较轻,已经广泛应用于临床中重度疼痛的治疗。外周神经元上阿片受体的存在,提示地佐辛可以作用于外周神经发挥镇痛作用。经查阅文献已经有报道地佐辛用于臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,能明显增强阻滞效果^[1],但在下肢神经阻滞方面的报道尚未见到。本研究旨在观察地佐辛复合罗哌卡因用于腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果。现报告如下。
